1. Introduction
Welcome to Franki's K9 Training. By engaging in our dog training and behaviorist services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Training Methods
We employ balanced training methods, which may include the use of tools such as slip leads and prong collars. Our approach aims to achieve a harmonious balance between positive reinforcement and corrective measures.

3. Session Outcomes
While significant improvements can be expected during the training sessions, it is important to understand that these sessions do not guarantee a fully trained dog. Continuous training and practice by the owner are essential to maintain and further the progress made.

4. Owner’s Responsibility
The owner is responsible for continuing the training and practice outside of the scheduled sessions. Consistency and dedication are key to the success of the training program.

5. Use of Training Tools
Slip Leads and Prong Collars: These tools are used as part of the training process under professional guidance. It is crucial that owners use these tools correctly to avoid any harm or discomfort to the dog.
Misuse: We are not liable for any misuse of the training tools provided or recommended. Proper usage instructions will be provided during the training sessions.

6. Liability
Dog and Owner Safety: We prioritize the safety and well-being of both the dog and the owner during training sessions. However, Franki's K9 Training is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during or after the training sessions.
Indemnity: The owner agrees to indemnify and hold Franki's K9 Training harmless from any claims, actions, or damages arising from the use of the training tools or techniques.

7. Payment and Cancellation
Fees: A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking to secure your training session. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer after the session.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, the deposit will be forfeited.

8. Confidentiality
Any personal information shared during the training sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without the owner's consent.

9. Modifications to Terms
Franki's K9 Training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the owners in a timely manner.

10. Agreement
By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
